Parent-Teacher Conference Scheduling
Once again, our school will be using a web-based application called Pickatime to schedule parent/teacher conferences. Parents with internet access will be able to schedule their parent/teacher conferences, print their schedule, and have an email reminder of the appointments sent to them. To access this program, please go to hcpss.org and scroll down to Pickatime Parent/Teacher conference information. This program is easy to use and can be accessed at your convenience beginning on Monday, January 30 at 3 pm. You will be able to access this program to schedule or cancel your appointments until Monday, February 13 at 7 am. After this date, please cancel or re-schedule your appointments by calling (410) 313-2880. If you do not have internet access, please call our school to schedule your conferences beginning Tuesday, January 31 at 8 am.
In order to access this program, you will need your student's ID number. This ID number can be found on your student's schedule, past interim(s), and/or the current report card that will be issued on Monday, January 30. Unfortunately, Howard County policy dictates that a student ID number can not be given over the telephone.
